Along with the normal rental pool, we do offer one privately held, 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo at Waipouli Beach. This spacious unit is decorated with exquisite designer furniture featuring and classic Peruvian travertine stone tiles. The two bedrooms each feature a king size "Heavenly Bed" which are designed for excellent back support. The beds also come with high thread count linens and 100% down pillows. The unit is air conditioned. The bathrooms have large soaking bathtubs plus showers and granite counter tops. There is also a full sized washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. This unit offers a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen which comes complete with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf oven and cooktop, African mahogany cabinets, a microwave, Fisher-Paykel dishwasher, and coffee maker. C303 also features a 42" flat panel, wall mounted television, and WIFI. Since this condo is located on the 3rd floor, there is an elevator to help you reach your room with little effort.
The Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa offers a 5,000 square foot Aveda Lifestyle Spa and Salon on the premises. The salon was completed in 2007 and provides nurturing body care and restorative massage. The Waipouli Beach also offers a 24-hour fitness facility, beautifully landscaped gardens with walking paths and access to a lovely white sand beach suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
The Waipouli Beach Resort & Spa is located about 15 minutes north of Lihue (site of the main airport) in between the town of Kapaa and Wailua. The town of Kapaa just to the north offers excellent shopping for groceries and other ameneties. The Coconut Marketplace to the south also offers shopping and a movie theater. Golf can be found at the nearby Wailua and Makai courses and The Princeville Resort (home to Golf Digests #1 Golf Course in Hawaii) is only a twenty minute drive to the north.
