Maui Kamaole resort offers convenience, privacy and luxury all in one tight package. These condos are among the newest in Kehei so they are all in excellent condition. The complex is low rise and most condos feature wonderful views of the blue pacific with the islands of Lanai, Kahoolawe and Molokini in view. Of course the whales perform in the channel straight out from the Maui Kamaole all winter long.
Maui Kama'ole has 316 condos spread out in buildings A through M. The property is rectangular shaped with buildings A-B-C and G-H-I being closest to the water. The property is 22 acres large with a gentle slope so if you are staying in one of the buildings near the back / top section, you will want to take a very short drive (3 to 4 minutes) to the beach rather than carry your stuff back up the slope to your condo. There is plenty of parking by the beach. Construction was started in 1989 and lasted for twelve years. The higher up the alphabet you go, the newer the condo.
These one and two bedroom condos are spacious and well appointed. They feature two baths, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, VCR, in-room safe, and all with a roomy lanai to catch the beautiful sunsets. The one bedroom condos are on the ground floor with the two bedroom condos starting on the second floor. When making a reservation, we have a difficult time specifying a particular unit or building but if you know where you want to be in the resort, we are happy to take requests and will do our best to make it happen.
The resort offers two tennis courts, two swimming pools, a BBQ area, tropical gardens and an activity desk. Kamaole Beach III across the street is suitable for swimming, snorkeling and sunbathing. If you have children, there is a large park with playsets, etc. adjacent to the beach. Located in Kihei, the Maui Kamaole is conveniently located close to restaurants, golfing and excellent shopping.

Maui Kamaole will be undergoing a painting and re-roofing project in 2011.
The work will include painting exterior walls of buildings, the walls of all front lanais, all exterior wood surfaces which will include the ceilings of front lanais, the interior of all lanais, metal handrails, courtyard walls, garbage enclosures, food wash stations and retaining walls around the buildings. Building G will include painting of wood surfaces only.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Deposit less $ 100.00 is refundable if cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival. (By 10/31 for Christmas bookings.)

- Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 13.42%
- Room rates are subject to one-time out cleaning fees of: $ 100.00 for 1 bedroom units and $ 130.00 for standard 2 bedroom units.
- Rates are subject to a $ 35 reservation fee.
- Reservations must be secured by a $ 350.00 US Dollars deposit.
- 4 night minimum. 7 night minimum during Christmas Dec 21, – Jan 3.
- Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
