Kama'ole Sands is situated on a beautiful 15 acres of land towards the south end of Kihei across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III.  The property is filled with gardens and waterfalls with an overall open and airy feel, making you feel as though you are in paradise the moment you step foot on the property.

Kama'ole Sands Resort features ten, four story buildings holding one, two, and three bedroom vacation condos all serviced by elevators.  Kamaole Sands rental condos feature fully equipped kitchens, air conditioning (in the living room) private lanai, high-speed Internet access, and comfortable furnishings for your enjoyment.  These condos are large with the one bedroom units offering 818 sq. ft., and the two bedroom condos offering 1,188 sq ft.

On these beautifully manicured grounds, you can enjoy two hot tubs, a large swimming pool, a wading pool, four regulation size tennis courts, and eight BBQ areas.  You can enjoy breakfast and lunch or just get a treat at the poolside snack shop. 

The resort is conveniently located directly across the street from Kamaole Beach Park III.  This popular beach offers white sand beaches and is excellent for swimming, snorkeling, diving, whale watching, and sunset views.  If you have children, they will enjoy a visit to the large park with a playground adjacent to the beach.

You’ll also find that the resort, being on the South end of Kihei, is ideally located close to shopping, dining, and golfing.

Kamaole Sands will be under-going a minor asphalt project through 3 stages in late 2011.  It consists of Repair, Seal coat, and Painting:
- Phase 1 (repair)      from 8/22/11 toi 9/8/11
- Phase 2 (seal coat) from 9/26/11 to 10/7/11
- Phase 3 (Painting)   from 8/29/11 to 10/7/11
