My Hawaiian Holiday highly recommends this Luau located in the Wailua River Valley.  It is located amidst 30 acres of lush, well maintained tropical botanical and cultural gardens. At dusk, enjoy the Imu ceremony where they pull the main course out of the earthen pit where it has been slowly smoking all day in Ti leaves.

After which, you can enjoy a bountiful buffet of local favorites while you can dance the hula on stage if you are feeling brave. After dinner, you'll take a casual stroll to the outdoor ampitheatre that houses the volcano and floating stage that showcases the upcoming show. The show is superb with hula girls, fire eating Samoan knife dancers and includes an "erupting" volcano finish.
