The actual flight lasts 55 - 60 minutes. Check in is 40 minutes prior to departure.  For safety reasons, hats and oversized bags are not allowed in the helicopter. To reduce reflection (and improve your photographs) it is advised that you do not wear a white shirt on this trip.
